With this project, I was aiming to leave an imprint and capture the age of digital simulation. Throughout deep engagement in visual practices and research, I was exploring the definition of reality, how it is constructed in our society, and what imposes it? To do so I painted the objects and the background in a tone, which was matching with the clothing the models were wearing, which then can be seen as a metaphor to the construction of reality in different societies. The culture, the country, believes we are surrounded by have an impact on us and reveal to us how to view the world and go about life. I combined traditional forms and approaches with contemporary forms of art to fully reveal the concept.
